My order processing time is 2-3 business days prior to shipment. 

All orders will be shipped via USPS using first class package.

​Shipping rates are determined by package weight, size, and USPS rates. During holiday seasons, prices will increase for shipping with USPS. 

A tracking number will be sent to your email upon shipment. 

Please ensure your address is correct in the address line. I am not responsible for packages getting lost due to the wrong address being given to me. 

I am not responsible for lost packages. Once I give the package to the USPS, it is their responsibility to get it to you. Please file a claim with the USPS prior to emailing me about your order. 

I ship orders in high-quality packaging to ensure absolute safety of your order. I am not responsible for packages that were damaged due to shipping. If a product is damaged contact my email peachypapayashop@gmail.com and I will determine whether I will replace the product or not.
